We generally play better with 3 central midfielders and 3 offensive players over 2 and 4.
We were excellent against Man City, we competed and didn't allow them control of the midfield, so would go with that again.
Villa are picking up a bit of form and shouldn't be under estimated, I'm sure they wont be and they look like they play 3 central midfielders so it's important to match them in the middle.
